Shipping & Returns Policy
Except for some special orders, we aim to send orders out within three weeks, Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm (0900 - 1600).
We use Hermes or Royal Mail first class (Small Packet) at our standard rate, which delivers within 3-5 working days once despatched.
We will let you know once your order has been sent.
Returns & Exchange
Should you wish to return an item to us, contact us first. Either email email@example.com or go to our Contact page. Explain in detail why you want to return the item; for example if it was damaged in the mail. Your item should be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You should return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Restocking: If the item is returned for reasons other than damage or defects, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied. This will be deducted from your refund. In these cases, we also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges: If an item is in 'like new' condition, you may ask to exchange it for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will be liable for the extra shipping.
