Shipping / exchange & returns policy
Except for some special orders, we aim to send orders out within ten days, Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm (0900 - 1600). We only use Parcel Force or Royal Mail first class (Small Packet) at our standard rate, which delivers within 3-5 working days once despatched. Parcel Force usually within 24 hours.
We will let you know once your order has been sent.
Should you wish to return an item to us, contact us first. Either email email@example.com or go to our contact page. Explain in detail why you want to return the item; for example if it was damaged in the mail. Your item should be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You should return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Restocking: If the item is returned for reasons other than damage or defects, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied. This will be deducted from your refund. In these cases, we also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges: If an item is in 'like new' condition, you may ask to exchange it for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will be liable for the extra shipping.
